ASSP Great Plains Chapter: January Chapter Meeting

Upcoming Dates

Policies and programs don’t keep people safe on the job. The supervisor standing in front of the crew does. In this session, Ryan Rinehart shares practical ways front-line leaders can run pre-task talks that crews actually listen to, spot drift before it turns into an incident, and keep people engaged long after orientation. Attendees will leave with simple habits they can put to work the next morning, plus a checklist for coaching their own supervisors.

He helps organizations build safety that’s built for the job, not for inspection.
