SUMMARY:ASSP Great Plains Chapter: January Chapter Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Policies and programs don't keep people safe on the job. The supervisor standing in front of the crew does. In this session\, Ryan Rinehart shares practical ways front-line leaders can run pre-task talks that crews actually listen to\, spot drift before it turns into an incident\, and keep people engaged long after orientation. Attendees will leave with simple habits they can put to work the next morning\, plus a checklist for coaching their own supervisors.\n\nAbout the Speaker\nRyan L. Rinehart\, M.Ed.\, is a retired Navy veteran who served as a Navy Rescue Swimmer\, with 19+ years in EHS. He is the founder of EHS Concepts - The Ways of Safety\, an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer\, and the author of Safe on Purpose. He helps organizations build safety that's built for the job\, not for inspection.
